1. Is buying on your webstore secure?

We pay our attention to the security of your information by implementing a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secured by VeriSign. We assure all your Credit Card and personal data will be completely protected thanks to the SSL technology. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In all transactions, there appears a ‘padlock’ icon at the right lower corner of your IE browser’s window, click on the icon if you want to see more information. If the 'padlock" icon does not appear (some other web browsers may not support), click at Verisign seal on our page to validate our SSL certificate.

2. Why is our price the lowest?

The only secret is our web store sells you our products at the factory-direct price. That is, you are not charged by the distributors or the “middle-men” who earn the money by reselling our products to you.

3. How can I cancel or change an order?
You can change/cancel an order anytime during Checkout by either adjust the quantity you choose or tick remove check box on view cart page and click “Apply changes”.

You can also cancel an order after you've completed it, as long as status of your order has not been changed to “Processing” status. To check if your order has been processed, go into our site, click Your Account button on the top right of every page, sign in, go into your account, then "View the orders I have made”, and click the order you want to see status.

If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, we ensure that you can always return any unwanted items to us after you receive them. You can find more information in our return policy.

4. What is the return procedure?

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, to get an RMA number; fill in our RMA from, a customer associate will get back with you to with an RMA number RMA labeling instructions shortly. Scuba-L.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA labels should be displayed on the shipping box.

5. How long does it take to ship my an order?
It generally takes 1-2 business days (this does NOT include weekends or holidays).

  • UPS 3 Day Select (3-5 business days)

  • UPS 2ND Day Air (2 business days)

  • UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)

  • USPS Priority (for PO Box, APO/FPO Addresses)

  • DHL Express Air (5-7 business days, for Custom Wetsuits Orders and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

PLEASE BE NOTED THAT WE DO NOT WARRANTY DELIVERY TIME AFTER AN ORDER IS HANDLED OVER TO SHIPPERS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES.
